Grated carrots - 1 cup. Lemon juice - 2 tsps. Shredded coconut - 2 tbsps. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp. 1 Wash the moong daal and soak it in water for about 1-2 hours. 2Add the grated carrot,green chillies, lemon juice, coconut, salt . 3Now season it with tadka ingredients. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup.

I have tried several recipes -Indian and international with it and loved it as salad, pizzas, dips , etc. But these days show me an eggplant and the standard recipe to turn to is bharta.
